Amenities mentioned is not available in the hotel. It's roadside parking. Sometimes u have to park almost a km away and walk. Tv is not working in the room. No wifi facility. Rooms are not hygienic. No room service. Intercourse m doesn't work. Room door locks are not working properly. It's a terrible mess. Literally ruined my vacation. Worst service ever seen

Very worst hotel so far i stayed anywhere. There is no receptionist no manager no room boy no hot water no drinking water no tv. 28 th full day shutter down. When go out we ourselves to open the shutter. Bizaare experience. Absolutely very very bad treatment for customers that too high charged room rent when plenty good hotels available in chikmagalur ig road
