Terrible experience

Front office guy doesn’t know anything about the o ta booking i had a booking for 2nights through mm t and it’s a prepaid but the guy asking the 800 inr per night i’ll try to make him understand that my booking is prepaid but he is not even ready to allocate the room for even the property won-er said the same things just they are making people fool beware or else they are sitting there to make you fool innocent people try not to book this property
