The pictures and amenities in the MMT page looked good and trusted and booked. But finally what actually sighted after reaching was horrible! 1.There was no proper reception/entrance. 2.Room was not ready and been put in a temporary room no.202 which was very horrible! Have pictures of it and can be shared. 3.After 15 mins they said room is ready and asked me to come where the room was not cleaned as expected and had wet towel! bathroom door not closing! No water bottle provided or any basic things like hygiene things! Some eaten tomato piece was lying down! Bedsheet had women hairs not cleaned up one. TV not working condition or cleaned! No WIFI etc.. ! 4.Amenities mentioned over MMT or invoice not completely available in the site! 5.The hotel guy even not made an entry of the customer and I have to remind during check-out! Which means it's not secured that much and pathways inside had no cleaned stuff!

Rooms are worst. Small and bugs all around. Only good thing is walkable distance to Dwarakamayi. But not for families. Hardly you can find any people for support in the hotel. Avoid as much as possible.
