familyThe hotel staff is actually very very friendly, but the hotel amenities are not upto the mark. Water shortage, geysers were not working, food was also brought from other place and to be honest the rating is low because of the terrible food. But again, the staff deserves a better rating.

familyHotel was average, not so good and not so bad. It was in center of Banikhet Market. We got west facing rooms in winter which have no market view and no sun. We faced power cut problem in morning, which was the worst experience when you need to get ready for your day and find no geyser water and proper light in room. Food service was good and staff was cooperative. Overall average, 3 out of 5, not luxurious but ok ok.
