a slum would provide a better experience than this. A room cannot get worse than this, it is limited and heights. No water in the washroom, the receptionist will mock you coz you made a payment, they'll deny you straight away and after a lot of argument, they showed us a room with just enough space to contain a bed and a washroom without doors. with cockroaches all over, intercom wire disconnected into pieces. And, the corporate version of the chains.

Bad service, no other option

Firstly, the hotel is far from any market. Second, bad service, cozy rooms, dirty and dust everywhere, no intercom, multiple follow-up for any service. The only thing was good about it was, since i was having a early morning exam, so they co-operated and agreed in giving the breakfast late.

Horrible, terrified, tortured, Harassed stay of my life

We have check-in hotel at around 19:45 hrs. Room shown was 3x, but we were forced to login in room (2x) which was used by some other person. We were given room at 04:00 hrs in morning on 01.10.2019. We logged out at 12:20 hrs for which hotel owner and employee resort themselves to abusing, manhandling and destroying our luggage bag and property. They initiated some charges for the purpose of charges towards delayed 1 hour check out but at the same time we have had word on customer care who permitted me for complimentary stay up to 13:30 hrs.
