Terrible Stay

The hotel staffs' behavior was terrible. I had already booked the room from mmt, but they denied entry upon reaching there. They started demanding extra money and started taunting me. I had to leave the hotel and stay in the open sun for around half an hour, till my issue was resolved by mmt executives.

soloI was having a meeting at patna and booked this hotel to stay overnight as i was leaving early next day. The receptionist there denied check in without any proper reason. They shifted me to a hotel 3 km away from this one. The rooms were tiny, air conditioner was not working, even water was not available. Their behaviour was very unprofessional. I had a terrible experience booking this hotel.
