on arriving the hotel, the staff refused to give room and said they have cancelled the contract with the oyo and mmt. so, please do the needful to return the money.

The hotelier people are not responding our queries. They are asking extra money at the time of check in. Not at all recommended for online booking. For direct booking this is ok. But not good.

Stay was good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Only thing is that there is no breakfast option in the hotel as they have mentioned it.
