Hotel is situated in a good location, cleanliness and other services are good, but the most disappointing point was that the Manager was asking for extra money in spite of full payment through MMT. He said that "the amount is too less you have paid through MMT for our hotel".

First of all hotel location is outer City like 10 KM from Barasat. From where you hardly get cab to City. Hotel staff was good in nature and helpful. Room was dirty and had this pungent smell or rotten smell. After a request from help desk they clean my room, but still had the his rotten smell. About toilet it was horrible.
