Hotel are refuse my booking. Hotel person said my hotel on sold out and that person say on line booking not authorised, after refusing i search directly one hote star city and i stay at star city hotel. My all booking payment for this hotel gone in water. Pols in future i advise to make-my trip first check to hotel and start booking with guests and more thing kindly refund my money of this hotel booking and waiting for your reply. Thanks
