Unhygienic atmosphere

1. The staff behaviour was decent. 2. The hotel hygieneic conditions were in a pretty bad state. Initially room allotted had bathroom with all taps rusted and uncleaned bedsheets and pillows3. The second room allotted was in better conditions but the state of the room was messed up and had unwanted and unhygienic stuff buried all around. 4. The pics uploaded and the ground reality was nowhere comparable. 5. There is a lot of scope of improvement and is not recommended for family stay.

Very poor hotel

Dirty room, bathroom dirty, bed dirty and staff is very slow. Water bottle is not distributed.

Actually this hotel's named as signature

Due to mismatching of name and poor route direction by the receptionist we were roaming around the hotel for 2 hours. Moreover not picking phone.
