HOTEL HOLYLAND

Staff is not cooperative. I said for early checkin but the staff denied to early check in.

The room space was enough but the bathroom was not cleaned, it was very smelling. Bed sheet not changed. Dustbin was not cleaned. Food was not available at the time. Bed tea not available. Breakfast served very late. No drinking water available in room. However the location of the hotel was good. The staff was cooperative.

Terrible experience. Untidy room. Garbage, dust and cig buds on the floor. No kitchen service, no breakfast. Even morning tea was not available.

We are not satisfied with this hotel as it is not neat and clean and their service is worst of all and next time when we visit Dharamshala we never went to this hotel as it is very congested and is very costlier according to their service provide.

Toilet was so untidy, bathroom drainage was not working so water is coming out. Terrible stay.

It is on palampur road away from main bus stand and location wise OK, no secenirc view, it is like self service experience. Overall good experience. Room and toilet was clean and hotel has maintained standards.

What type of hotel this is. We are looking like fool here. There is no food arrangements. We have ordered from outside. There is no electricity backup .. We got late for our event. When we went upstair to ask, that person left outside. No intercom facility. I only saw 2 person in this hotel to serve entire hotel. In. Restaurant showing in picture is of other person, not a part of hotel. MMT is also not replying on my complaint. Shame on MMT.
