It was a very bad experience @ stay at hotel city crown. As booked it was far away from mashobra. The room was not properly cleaned and was very congested. Room service was pathetic.

check in date 23.06.2023check out time 24.06.2023में होटल में रात को लगभग 10 बजे पहुंचा। रात को बार बार बोलने के बाद होटल स्टाफ ने luggage Room के अंदर रखवाया। उसके बाद रात को एक बंदा आया बोला गाड़ी हटानी है और गाड़ी की चाबी ले गया। और रात को गाड़ी को बाहर ले गए और गाड़ी की अंदर शराब पी। और होटल स्टाफ को बार बार बोलने के बाद भी चाय पानी भी ni दिया जाता था। और सुबह 10 बजे तक सारा स्टाफ सोता रहता है। डायल नंबर को साइड में रख देते है। मेरा तो बहुत गंदा experience रहा इस होटल का।

Post your review, I had spoken to our security team and the front desk team and found that one of the intern sent on industrial training was found guilty. The management has sent him back with informing his collage about the same. Kindly note this is not the standard of hospitality we work on or practice. Request you to let us know the next time you visit Himachal to change your experience with us. Would be nice to speak to you in person.
