Hotel B S Residency

Near to bus stand and golden temple awesome location nice room friendly staff. We stayed there for 3 days and nights. Best in budget though was rooms are bit on the poor side but 24/7 water supply warm and cold awesome place.

My experience in this hotel was very bad.
They don't provide me deluxe room. Manager, so behaviour was not good.

The stay was very good. Hotel service and location including staff id very good. Over all hotel is very good.

Location was good .. Near golden temple .. 5 mins distance .. Staff was cooperative .. Rooms were clean .. There nothing available to eat nearby that’s the only problem .. Otherwise it was total value for money .. Best you can get at such prices.

Not value for money since there was no toiletries and rooms does not have sunlight. The staff made lots of noise which was audible in the room. Lots of disturbing noise due to which not able to sleep.

It was good experience to be there. Amritsar is religious place with comfort. Everything was there food infrastructure public transportation hotels and good crowd. We enjoyed everything. We are planning to go there again because it was great to be there.

The location is the USP for the hotel as its just behind the bus stop and near to golden temple. Room was good but when it comes to parking they have space not owned by them. The food was the worst part of the stay. The preparation and serving both was below standard. Also travelling with family need to seek caution a bit

Overall OK for the amount they take, however room service should be better. Tea was not hot, toiletries was not there, WiFi was down for some hours also. And the speed is not very good. OK for a 1000 bucks per night stay. Quality food options are less. They provide cab facility to roam in Amritsar and wagha border, that is good as per the price. There is no lift facility available. Solar geyser is there but if we you want hot water in night then it's a challenge. Room size is OK

Well for a 900Rs/night stay you get what you paid for. The room and bathroom were decent with a TV and free WiFi. The only downsides were that there was no house keepimg and the noise of the other room was audible.

It was the nice experience. Staff was very cooperative and family. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The room cleaning was flawless. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed .. I recommend this hotel for family Stay .. L

Good service provide by them, infact they provide the food in fact at late night I reached at 2'O cock at night. Prime location near at bus stand and near about 1 km from golden temple harmandir sahib.

Very comfortable stay. At one of the prime locations at bus stand. Great food outlets around. Easy commuting to nearby areas. Located near the highway, hence one can reach to the golden temple and the city centre quickly.
