We arrived late at night around 11 and the staff gave us a room within minutes. Necessities were also provided but toilet paper was unavailable at the moment. Overall experience was good

well it was great. as a solo traveller I have requested if I could invite my friends along during the stay and it was agreed. Food was great n price is reasonable for a room with AC. Staff cooperate well n understanding

There is good connectivity to all locations and good ambience, privacy, food, hot water to take bath, tv, double bed, blanket all were good for a perfect stay

a/c is not in good condition suddenly it stopped 😭 no sleep in the night, windows are open to public and outsiders are visible.the reception is watching movie and are sitting on that bed which they gave. hospitality is nill. needs to improve a lot.

The staff was good. Even non ac room is very cool and very supportive. Water bottle for drinking is available at very ease.

staff ask for payment which was already done before, also staff was not aware about couple stay booking
