Hotel D'Olives

Terrible experience. I called reception multiple times for AC but no response.. Air conditioning wasn’t working The room was very dirty — stains on the bedsheets, dusty furniture, and the bathroom smelled bad. Clearly not cleaned properly before our stay.

hotel is conveniently located nearby railway station. Room are maintained very well, they are neat and hygenic, we have compliment breakfast which are delicious, staff services is good, they are humble and cooperative.

I booked this hotel on 25th April 2025. Approx 1 AM Air conditioner stopped working and when i called at reception, behavior is very rude from the other side. Approx 2 hours AC not work.

Seepage in room, bedsheet and pillow were in bad shape, washroom was dirty. Overall experience was bad

Room was not hygienic, water lodging problem was there in bathroom, pillows were also dirty, separate parking facility was not available. Finally very bad experience.

Hot water not available. Water logging in washroom. No. Window in room. Strange noises kept coming all night (sounds of rats running etc) set box not recharged.

Horrible, cleanliness - zero, food - many items shown in the menu were not available. The toilets were in bad condition. Warm water was not available.

Comfortable stay, courteous staff, good location on the main highway. A bit noisy though. Sounds proofing the windows would be a good idea. Cleanliness, especially in the bathroom can be improved. Overall, it was good for an overnight stay.

Rooms are big, with basic amenities. But the ac doesn't work with thermostat problem. Most horrible is bathroom, which becomes a swimming pool while you take bath, due to clogged drainage. Cleaning is not upto the mark, as entire hotel looks down and dusted.

It's comfortable to stay. The staff is kind and responsive. Rooms are clean and tidy to live. Need to improve the breakfast menu.

The rooms are not clean. The bedding arrangement is not good and bedsheets were not clean. The bed mattress is small as compared to the bed size and the wooden base of the bed may cause injuries to the guest.

Rooms are without windows. Breakfast has limited choices. My room has bad smell issue particularly wash room.

Dinner utensils were not cleared. Your lift needs to be serviced immidiately. License has expired. Danger and risky for customer operating it

Good experience with good staff and great hospitality, overall a good experience to stay good food also available
