The kitchen facilities were not available. Rooms allotted were different from actual bookings drinking water was not provided toiletries were not provided

Very poorly managed. The house is very old. Locals are simply entering the hall and using the place like it’s theirs. Theres no sense of security. Theres no provision for drinking water also.
