firstly they provide room in fab hotel and after 15min ,they said this room is under maintenance; so you have been shifted to another hotel in neighborhood. I have packed again and shifted to other hotel just aside the fab hotel (whom they said that this is also our branch). I didn't understand that if rooms are not available at that time why make my trip confirmed the booking?if they not provide the same hotel stay which i have choosen?
