There is a scam done by hotel Casa regalia actually named as a sushma homes and had a worst experience in this partcular stay. I recomment each and every traveller not to book stay in this hotel

Terrible Stay

There were lot of issues with my stay. When i reached there the person who was care taker didn't provide any help for my luggage. Also when i entered the room there were 2 honey bees behind curtain and i had 2 children with me, it could have been dangerous for them. Also the basic amenities like ro and sink tap were not working and nobody provided any help or sent anyone to resolve the issue. These things could have been taken care before check in. Also bathroom tap was dismantled when tried to open the tap. I have videos and proofs to support these which i can share if needed.

We booked the room, owner initiated the cancellation, but we booked it again then the owner said no rooms available at the property. Then we had to call customer service and we gotva new room

Excellent Stay

I did a last minute booking and was very happy to see the room. The rooms are cozy, well maintained and in good location. Everything was clean and the basic amenities were functioning absolutely well. Will recommend the property to all transit flyers for a comfortable stay.
