Terrible experience

Poor servicing, had to call the owners many times because no one was there in the reception. Had water shortage as well. There were mosquitos as well

Poor Stay

Receptionist was very helpful and kind, check in was very swift. But the cleanliness of the room was so bad, towel was stained and blanket and bed sheet were smelly and bathroom doormat was all muddy and wet, which led to staining of room floor all over.

family with 1 kidReceptionist was very quick in response and was very helpful and kind. Check in and check out was very swift. But there is one exception which need to be urgently addressed, room was not really clean, bed sheet and blanket was smelly and bathroom doormat was all muddy and wet. After a long journey, one need a fresh room room with neat bed sheet and blanket. I hope owner of the homestay take this feedback positively.

It was very unsatisfied. The ambiance around the hotel is not good. It's very dirty and smelly and unhygenic, everywhere the is a smell of cigarettes.

The behaviour of the staff was very good, polite and gentle! but the room could be improved like in case of cleanliness and bathroom as well. Room odor is not satisfactory, smell of cigarette. Any way nice stay
