Maine hotel book kiya th..payment bhi debit ho gayi online..aur jab hotel pe paucha to bole ki apke naam se koi room book nhi..paise return bhi nhi kar rahe ye bolke ki hamare pass koi payment nhi ayyi

Very very bad experience in this hotel.
No WiFi, no towel, no clean bad sheet and blanket, pillows very dirty, whisky bottle kept in dressing table, big rat in room, that's why I change 2nd room. I faced same problem in this room, then I shifted in 3rd room, there also same issues. My two bags eaten by big rat, that's why I'm very disappointed, and hotel staff asked me for money of welcome tea and water,

This is the worst place to stay. The room has nothing. The linen is so dirty. The towels are extremely dirty. Worst of all, our stuff was ransacked and cash and earphones were stolen from our room while we went sightseeing. Negative rating if possible.
Our stuff was stolen while we went out for sightseeing. The room lacked basic facilities. Everything was dirty and exactly opposite of what is shown in the pick. Horrible experience.

Poorly cleaned. Over charged and no WiFi connectivity in everything which was written was not available. Although booking was for three adults, we were not given extra bed till the time it was asked. MMT just check hotels first and then charge.

Hotel is going in that price, it's near Katra Bus stand and yatra parchi counter is walkable distance, hotel staff is also good. Just only cleanliness problem, hotel room is not clean and not up to the mark but price wise it's OK OK Deal ..

Rooms were good but not very good ,,, facilities were to bad. I was book 3 deluxe room but they give me only 1 deluxe room and two standard room and I booked 3 bed per room but they gave me only one double bed in a room ... They did not give towel for bathing and dustbin also not there in hotel or room. Guiser and air condition was not working ,, when I complain then they told me that you did not booked AC and guiser room

Very nice service and nice location. Staff very co-operative this was my third trip in this hotel, they improved everything from last time. This hotel is very good and staff is very co-operative and they guide for further any enquirer. Over all excellent experience.

Very poor service and facility and cleaning, staff is unbelievable, presentation very bad, how to tie up this type hotel your organization. No room size and cleaning, no bed comfortable. No staff cooperative.

Hotel not good. Service are low category. Bad experience with this hotel. Commitment was other and show other things and got other things. Room booked on MMT but there they show Goibibo. I am not happy with this tour.
