OYO POP Ranchi

Room service was 0 i checked in at around 2:30pm but my room was not ready. They provide me dirty bedsheet, no facility of drinking water in the room n bathroom was nest of couple of a pegion n whole bathroom was full of beat by those pegion overall hotel is not good to stay even for an hour

The bed matress was very bad its started paining my back. No bulb in bathroom. No towel

Actually i was told for parking facility. But when i reached it was denied. Room condition was very poor. Floor was very dirty. Ac was not working. Towel, shop and no other things were provided.

no parking space, commuting with 4 wheeler is tough. room is too small, no cleanliness, room was full of spider webs, the ideal value could be ₹500 not ₹2400. Just a name royal but nothing royal as such. "WASTE OF MONEY".

1. Over priced 2. Poor location, in the middle of wholesale market of ranchi. 3. Very small room, no geyser, no tv remote, no ac remote. 4. Poor service - didn't get tv remote and ac remote even after repeated request. 5. Luckily got hot water in bucket and towel after request. 6. Cleanliness - rooms, bed sheet, pillow cover not clean. Seems to be used.

Hotel is good, but inside very compact room and bed is dirty.

Kitchen staff was so rude, not serving anything at time, water problem, location was too bad, receptionist was good

Excellent service. food is also tasty. staff maintaining good hygiene. It's near ratu road chowk. All staff were supportive. It is one of the flagship Oyo in ranchi.

Hotel was nice but outside food was not allowed. Inside food was not good and price was higher also.

Social distancing : yes staff with masks: yes room sanitization and cleanliness: though urged multiple times to sanitize the room, in front of me, staff was adamant to not to do so. Room was not clean up to the mark. I had a 2 day stay at this hotel where after multiple reminders also handwash was not provided and had to buy my own. Food quality: poor i was provided with a complimentary breakfast on both days which was served cold, even on reminding for the next day the same thing happened. Staff behaviour: ignorant

Location is not good for couples, they had closed the shutter. Geyser not working, dirty washroom

Poor .

The service provided is very poor. No one will listen to you or offer help among all the staff members to a extent that they will try to avoid as long as they can. Rooms are good. But service and breakfast are very poor. My suggestion is never pre book any breakfast here.

Good service but location is not good

Everything's good. Its good although receptionist good too Mr. Saurabh Ji and Neha Ji. Well treated

I stay there with my family for two days. It's nice stay. Room and washroom was small but neat and clean. Staffs are very cooperative.

The hotel was good but the food was very bad and every costly. They don't even provide water to drink.

I Am very satisfied with the room. Everything was awesome.

It was a good stay at RR Residency. Very neat and clean. Only issue is they probably don't change the bedsheet because I could see some spot marks and dirt on the bedsheet which gave the impression that it has not been changed. No lift is also an issue. Overall a good hotel to stay. Very comfy and cheap.
