Worst experience of Oyo

Firstly, online booking is confirmed but when I check in. Then manager of hotel was asking for paying extra. I was with my parents who are old citizen. Features of hotel is not so good. Bathroom toilet was not clean. No manners of giving tea to the guest and so on. In future I will not book any hotel of Oyo. Totally fake.

Location wise hotel is good but staff are very rude

Staff are not good if a couple wants to stay in this hotel is not good for the couples the behaviour of staff was not good.

Hotel is very dirty and shadow hotel. Reception asked to pay the remaining amount of base fare in cash to me. Geyser is not there in the room. Don't know why asked me for booking voucher after checkout. The bathroom was dirty at its best.

As compared to the room charges, this is very good. Staff are very co operative. Room is neat and clean but area of the room is very less.

The room is as clean showing in figure and location is good the only thing is the service is little slow and yes if someone is coming to meet they ask to how much time u will stay it is little awkward.

Rajput room is very nice. Location services and especially the behavior of staff was wonderful. I suggest everyone if you plan for Lucknow please search first then choose another option.

The location is convenient. Very near to the Lucknow station. But the approach road is very dirty. The rooms are OK but we expect better from Oyo. In the same budget we get better rooms of Oyo. The other properties nearby are far better than this one. Expect better as per standards.
