Pleasant stay at Norling house

The property is very beautiful and well maintained. Any one with an eye for detail can appreciate the stone garden and meticulous paintings. In terms of food, the food caters more to western palate and may seem bland to indian folks. The deserts are excellent. It is quite nice to go sit in the monastery and take a moment. the workshops create a fun environment.

The place is beautiful and located inside the Norbulingka Institute where there is a Monastery and many classes you can attend. However, the room was not the same as the images on Make My Trip. We thought we were booking a suite with a living room and walk out terrace area but what we got was very different from the photos in our booking. When we showed this to the person at the reception that the photos were of all their suites even though each suite is very unique and different from the others.

coupleThe institute is very nice, the staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean and overall it is a very positive environment. The issue is with the restaurant. The food made my and my fiancée's stomach upset and ruined the experience.

familyNorling house is a lovely, well maintained place. It is surrounded by greenery, the sound of mountain water, and a buddhist temple inside amid-st other experiences of tibetan life and culture. There is a lovely restaurant that serves amazing food too. We relished the lemon tart immensely!

It was a memorable stay. We stayed from 7 jun e to 9 june. This is undoubtedly the best hotel. Here you get to know about tibetan culture, you get to taste the tibetan food, you get to meet the nice staff. Overall this was just next level
