terrible experience don't go!!!

the stay was horrible never had such a bad experience the rooms didn't have air conditioner they gave us a cooler it was not doing his job we were hot as hell and the cherry on top even there was power cut again and again we couldn't even sleep entire night we checked in late night around 2 am and for few hours we wanted to sleep but we couldn't sleep and there was even coachroach we booked with complementary breakfast and they said only paratha is there
