Highly disappointing and disgusting stay exp

coupleOther than the staffs behavior and service at this homestay, everything was inhumane and disgusting. Mr. Sanjay Saha and Sunny helped us going out of their way during our stay in this place without which human survival is out of question here. In one of the coldest place like Manali, this homestay doesn't even provide a room heater or blower in any of their stay options which is not only disrespectful but inhumane as well. The management and owner/leaser of this place should be ashamed of the ways Highly disappointing and disgusting. will request that this homestay should be thrown out of the highly rated or recommended list of hotel/stays.

coupleThe 2 star I have given is also because of the one man army in Muse Meadows, Sanjay Saha who went out of his way to help us with everything we needed there. From fulfilling our needs to stay in a place so unpleasant to roam around in Manali, he and Sunny were the whole and sole reason, we could stay there. In a place where the temperature dips down like anything anytime, the management of the homestay was so inhumane that they have not even arranged for a room heater in any of their stay options. If food is ordered, it takes hours to reach the guests. Horrible and disgusting homestay. We are highly disgusted with ourselves also that we were blindfolded by our rick-solid trust and booked for all 4 night stays at a go. Going forward, we will surely not repeat this hopeless mistake.
