The hotel is on the new MG road so this is the best part. I booked a suite room for 2 days. The room was clean and the staff was kind.

Way of hotel is dangerous, hotel building looks old more then 50 year, food was average, timing not followed for breakfast, Room quality including bed wrost, bathroom to small and very old no toiletries Overall not to recommend to stay and book again

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The hotel is located in a great area, making it convenient for travel and access to nearby places. The rooms and amenities were up to the mark, and everything else was quite satisfactory. However, the only downside was the food service. The quality of the food needs improvement, and the delivery time was extremely slow — it took nearly 3 hours for the food to be delivered to my room after placing the order. That was definitely disappointing and should be addressed. Other than that, it's a nice place to stay and I would consider coming back if the food service improves.

Property's Location is absolutely Excellent. Foods serve here is very Tasty and Healthy. Their amenities and services are excellent. Property's Staffs' ( from Manager to Service Persons) Behavior is also Excellent. If We can come to Gangtok, Sikkim in future then first preference will be Montis Soyang Premium Heritage Hotel. Thanks.

They don't have good glass ceiling at room while our children were playing it completely fell down and glass broke and they charged me hefty not understanding nature.

1) First day food was worst but 2nd day(last day) food was really good. 2)Chicken could have been bit more fresh and tender on second day. 3) Too oily food on 1st day as well. 4) Due to early check-in of an hour prior, hotel didnot put effort to provide breakfast, many people were disappointed with this. Many other hotels packs for prior leaving tourist but they dint even it was charged with accomodation.

Very Conveniently located on New Market Road just a min walking distance from the MG Marg Gangtok. Although it is very near to the Main Road, there are no sound disturbance. Best thing is unlike many other Hotels, there is no need to take stairs to reach MG Marg. Food is okeyish, but staff are polite and prompt. Rooms are cozy with Tibetian designs and interiors. Definately recommended.
