Kindly let me clarify the situation again here You had booked two balcony rooms, however there was some technical issue with one balcony room, To ensure you do not face any inconvenience during your stay we offered you one Balcony and one Non Balcony Room, and we again really appreciate your understanding to accept the offered rooms. You stayed with us for 2 nights and since the price of Non Balcony Room was lower a refund of Rs 700/- was applicable as per Make My Trip final payment difference, But as a goodwill gesture we provided you refund of Rs 800. Again we truly regret the inconvenience caused to you. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to welcome you again for smoother experience. Thanks & Regards
