This Lha Zes significantly enhanced our ladakh experience, making it both comfortable and memorable. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with a traditional tibetan ritual, offering a white scarf known as a katak as a sign of respect and welcome. They then served us refreshing kesar kahwa, a gesture that made us feel at home. The room was immaculate, with meticulous attention given to cleanliness and simplicity. The elegant decor and proper lighting imparted a zen vibe, which manifests the culture of ladakh. Additionally, the room included all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was modern and clean, with good-quality complimentary toiletries. The Lha Zes’s architecture beautifully combines modern and traditional ladakh styles. The property was well-maintained, with blooming flowers enhancing its ambiance. The Lha Zes also has a proper dining area and a separate outdoor seating area. One thing that impressed us the most was the quality and taste of the food. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options every day. The food was so excellent that we often chose to dine at the Lha Zes instead of venturing out to restaurants. Additionally, it is not at all heavy on your pocket. Customer service at the Lha Zes was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful. They always attended to even our simplest queries with utmost sincerity. The Lha Zes’s location is convenient, within walking distance of the leh market. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. Several aspects made our stay particularly enjoyable. The Lha Zes owner upgraded our room to a super deluxe. Mr. Naman joshi, an exceptionally active staff member, provided valuable guidance on local attractions. The owner was very sweet, attentive, and active. All the staff members were humble and respectful. On our last day, when we mentioned our early morning checkout, the owner assured us that breakfast would be provided during checkout. The hospitality at l ha z es was truly unforgettable. Considering the outstanding hospitality, quality service, and excellent facilities, i found this Lha Zes to be a great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting leh.

The Lha Zes's location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. They went over and beyond to help make my stay an enjoyable one. Excellent staff. My room was spotless, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with its wide range of options. Highly recommended for a relaxing trip! I would definitely recommend this place highly to everyone, and I will surely visit again!

Its a lovely Lha Zes with humble people all around. Service is too good especially the manager naman, who is always on his toes even for a small small things. Food is good(must try a momo from chef makush. Overall a very satisfying & confortabe stay.
