PROPERTY WAS QUITE GOOD, LOCATION ALSO GOOD WITH GOOD AMENITIES. FOOD CHOICE WAS LIMITED AS THERE WAS ONLY SINGLE DINNING PLACE. THE RESTAURANT RATES OF FOOD ARE VERY HIGH AS COMPARE TO THE RESTAURANT. SERVICES WERE JUST OK.

The property is good and is well located in the city, with a decent access to most of the tourist spots nearby. The service could be better as I had to repeatedly ask for two sets of towels, cutlery for the room. The swimming pool was not clean , and the lobby area woman toilets flush was not working one day and few plates at buffet were not clean. Not sure if staff was less or busy due to diwali, but I feel if they are charging a premium for certain rooms, the common services should be impeccable.
