Worst hotel ive ever stayed. I ve spoken who is the owner of the property after booking 12 rooms (2 days) for a group tour. But the manager of that property is non cooperative. The rooms are not tidy. When asked for cleaning the room. The manager said that its not necessary. No toiletries provided. Only one towel for a room. A kettle with not even a tea bag of coffee powder (photo attached). Hot water supply is not proper. We have to carry the buckets from room to room. Think of a stay in a hill station without a morning hot tea , and hot hot water in the bathroom. Its horrible. No staff to assist to carry the baggage from our vehicle to the rooms. The owner promised for a bon fire in the evening and the manager denied that and demanded Rs2500/- at the last moment. No TV also... Finally they gave a bill with extra charges. And afterwards the owner stopped attending calls from me. No service at all. Only silly excuses.

My stay at Yercaud was peaceful and refreshing. Nestled in the Shevaroy Hills, the cool climate and lush greenery offered a perfect escape from city life. I enjoyed serene walks around Yercaud Lake, visited scenic viewpoints like Pagoda Point, and explored the beautiful botanical gardens. The calm atmosphere, misty mornings, and friendly locals made the experience truly memorable.

Room service is very poor, bathroom not good , lights and Tv not working properly.

no service boy, no cutleries, no one listens to you after you check-in. no WiFi. hot water not coming. wrong description in images. only the balcony view is very good.

Well the journey started with worry with a call from mm t saying the hotel is closed. I complained and after a while an executive called me and went out of way and arranged an alternate accomadation. I appreciate her efforts in resolving this issue.

It was good location nearby pagoda view point and peek u park. But hotel owner change hotel price. we booking one price but go in hotel means they behave rude u pay money or else u go

Room is neat and clean and surrounding is calm. But no restaurant service nearby. Can be used for night stay.

Nothing was in order there! listing a few! #rooms were not kept ready #shortage of cots. Not provided until asked 4 to 5 times. Given after 6 hours after check in. # plugs not working for mobile charging. They didn't rectify throughout my stay # worst case is heaters were not working. Felt very bad of toilet usage! # did not provide breakfast as claimed in the booking page # not suitable for family (especially kids) since smoking & drinking is done with no restrictions at all! # staying in the resort spoiled my entire tour. Otherwise yercaud is a must visit place for all!

Good and calm stay. Close to pagoda view point. The electricity points were not working properly. Needs proper maintenance

This is a cheap third rate stay. Highly overpriced and do not recommend the hotel or this application.

The location is very closer to pagods point and peek u park. It's loving to enjoy the climate there. Guest friendly. The room is so comfortable, very decent and more spacious. Balcony view is perfect to enjoy the climate and nature. Loved it.

Worth it for the best tourist. Cleanned, good behaviour of staff and everything was worth it for money.

Room was neat and clean. Little costly as i have paid 3. 6k per day which is worth for just 1. 5k. Staffs were good.

Food not available and coffee tea and cool drints not available. Then room cleanness very poor. No entertainment for kids. Photos not taken n.

Terrible experience we had. No worth for money. Poor room service. Each and everything we have to ask them. Also, we did not get any facility which they mentioned in the list

There is no proper facility of lights, hot water and food rooms are okay, but there is no proposer service.

The stay was terrible since they even refused to give extra beds and bed sheets though i’ve paid for it. Overall not a great experience.

When u choose this property kindly make sure u are checking by your own transport. There will be no food around the property.

The place is comfortable and neat. Staffs are very supportive. It's on the way to pakoda point. Plus food and beverages also available near by. There is no restriction or any kind. Hence i will definitely recommend this place.
