Le Afia Suites| 2 BHK Apartment with Pool

It’s not a apartment, when i reach the place there were no receptionist, and the place was terrible, i had a child with me and the place looked like an abandoned house were there are no pe should remove this property Please do not watch the reviews and book the place it’s all lie

worst rooms pool was not good, lot of bed bugs🐞 bathroom were horrible no wifi.........................

No power even one switch also not working in sokets lift not working if power gones with generator not working ac

The place was not as shown in the picture, need to be renovated. All the walls need paint, fridge was too old, chair was torn, washroom ceiling was broken.

bad odour, lift not working, building is in old condition, doors are not working, we are not happy 😔

Very bad experience, owner is rude. Not providing even basic amenities. If you will ask for something firstly they will show that they are not aware of this. Then they will reject your request amd start behaving rude.

The rooms are decent but maintenance is low. No water facility No space for car parking furniture was old and broken

Same day in check in and checkout 3hour, because bathroom are having hole, window is not lock, services are not good bad behaviour, my 11000 gone waste for this hotel,

Good experience, but many things to be repaired, good view and location also good. There are many small things get to be repaired that can be done

Ac was not working. Insects were everywhere. Forced us to checkout while we are agreeing to extend.

All areas are cockroaches, no shower is working, heater one room only working cleaning done once in two days. No replacement of bed covers

The property is maintained in very poor conditions. Acs were not working properly, the caretaker was very rude in his behaviour. The owner or responsible person was not on site. No hot water, the rooms were very dusty, beds were not cleaned.

I had a very bad stay experience, very dirty room, water and electricity did not come properly, staff behaviour is not supported, cockroaches stay in whole rooms, bed sheets are dirty and not washed properly, the bathroom is in very poor condition, overall i had a bad stay experience, i had a complaint raised also, but not supported it,

Room service is poor moreover, there are a lot of small cockroaches in their bedroom. At last the washrooms are too much poor.

Apartment was not cleaned properly. There werw so many cockroaches. Management is really poor. Ac was not working properly.

Nice room but lot of cockroaches , staff is cooperative , location is near from calangute beach.
