Room and washroom are good size. Room and washroom was clean but food is very bad taste and there menu is very limited. Stayed here 2 times and everything i ordered was very poor tasting

Room was very good and spacious. Washroom was clean and spacious. Food was fresh and tasty. Service was good hotel staff was helpful and prompt. Me and my family enjoyed the stay at the hotel would visit again and would recommend other travellers to try al qasa hotel.

businessNot have water in room, if you call Room service they don’t pick your call, don’t get hot water though every room have heater, for heating up takes 30 min and then hot water comes for 2 min and again cold water comes. Cockroach everywhere in room.

groupDishes are made with gravy, hence be prepared. Kitchen staff turns up at 8 am so no breakfast before 8.15, but we insisted on 7.40 for an early flight and one staff member came early to serve breakfast.
