Hotel Khaleel Palace Gulmarg

After confirmed booking, hotel said didn’t have your booking go some another hotel

Hotel is very average. Location is good but not great. Staff was fine except the manager who was very rude and unprofessional. Food was pathetic. We paid 5000 for a night and it was not at all worth it. Rooms are fine but not great.

Imagine the place where you are staying is surrounded by snow clad mountains. Yes, that's the location of this beautiful hotel. The service is fast. Staff is always their to help you and are polite. The food is delicious. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Gulmarg.

Food options are less in breakfast, lunch and dinner. They should have more conscious to serve hot food.

I traveled with my parents to Gulmarg and stay in this hotel. We booked family room. It was spacious and very clean. Room heater was available. Washroom was well maintained and 24 hours running hot water was available. WiFi connectivity was available from room also. Staffs were very cordial. We liked the food there as well.

I booked a room that shown two double beds in the room for my family of three adults and one child. On check-in the hotel gave me a small room with only one double bed. I had to take one more room for which the hotel charged extra. I felt cheated and wasted a lot of my time.

Hotel was Gandola and was well maintained.
Over all the room was good and near and clean.
