It was really great experience to stay at this property. Staff was very polite and humble and very helpful. Worth staying

Room full of dirt, we asked them to clean it up. Bedsheets with stains and hair, order food and receive in 90min, terrible food taste. Avoid to book this hotel.

One room on your site indicates 4 adults which means should have sleeping arrangement for 4 people, but had only bed for 2 and the hotel people arranged 2 floor mattress which was not acceptable. There were rats in the hotel and which also came on the floor mattresses the towels were very dirty and were not clean at all

Beautiful cottage with all facilities at reasonable rates. What more an one ask for? The food, the staff, the rooms. All were just as we imagined. It was a stay that we will cherish and always come back for!

No complaints for this small and cozy cottage. The room we stayed at had all amenities listed on the app. The staff was very courteous. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very economical despite having all modern facilities. Will visit again.

I am traveling solo for the first time and had some apprehensions. But from the moment I got down from the bus and made the call to Mr Ramesh, everything was taken care of. I was a bit lost upon my arrival and I called up the hotel. The manager was very helpful and he sent me a cab. It's little far away from main Kasuali but that's its beauty. It was a very beautiful place to stay. Neat and clean and very helpful staff. Mr. Rohit made whatever I asked him to. Next day Mr. Ramesh helped me catch a bus from the hotel. I had a really peaceful time at Kasauli all thanks to my stay! Thanks a lot.

Hotel is superb. Staff behavior is also nice specially Rohit Thakur. I booked family suite and it's very spacious and garden is perfect to enjoy Valley view.

I booked this resort for my birthday get away and must say this is so awesome place. Staff is super awesome and polite. We had much interaction with Rohit and he is really good. Good view and good food is USP of this place. You will leave visiting this place. Thumbs up.

It was not value for money. Very new property, isolated, rooms are very small, BO's air conditioner in the rooms, limited food options. Overall not very comfortable stay.
