Very peaceful and family friend stay. Thanks for support provided. I have stayed with my wife. Management also very friendly and supportive.

Room are neat and clean there is no towels provided, apartment is heart in city restaurant is nearby

The care taker vase-em very nice and cooperative. He always keep clean all the room. This is my 3rd time while i chosen the same stay at kamal kunj during my official visit.

Overall this is a good choice of stay if looking for budget friendly and homestay type we'll services apartment. The rooms and bathroom are clean. Ac is available in all rooms. Simple budget friendly rooms available. Pros: clean and budget friendly parking available water purifier available for drinking water tv and fridge available kitchen with utensils and induction available for basic cooking. Cons: not much actually. Just that it is 2. 5 kms away from madgaon railway station and cabs / autos charge 250- for short distances finding expensive compared to other cities

The care taker is a good person but the hotel is in middle of nowhere (bad location) the room is big but the bathroom is small

In this apartment kitchen also available. It was great experience. Network access available like railway station is near by and colva beach near by

One of the best homestay hotel in madgaon, very clean rooms with kitchen and balcony, the property manager was very humble and he was there 24 hours.

It’s a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there. Location is very beautiful. This place is very well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience i would highly recommend this place and i would definitely want to come back to this place again.

I stay here for 7 days first two days are very worst because the water purifier are not working and balcony are very darty. After that room has been changed its all equipments are good and balcony also cleaned very nice stay. It's a bhk flat one bedroom allotted to me and other one get locked after one their a traveler also allotted the other bedroom but shared places like drawing room, kitchen, balcony are not accessible to both of you due to the unknown person each other. I advise book this 4 person at a time as a result you use all the benefits personally

The location is very nice but the water purifier is not working & bathroom size is small. Rooms are neat and clean outside of the building looks very old.
