City Stay Deluxe AC Dormitory

I have lived in Phuket in a hostel and it was really fun, walked into this hostel with incorrect expectations. Bathrooms were there but cant describe them as very clean, it was just usable. There isnt much windows or sunlight, so very dim lightings, acs were only functional at night and not during day , so it became very uncomfortable very quickly, but the biggest dispppointment was wifi not working for the whole day and the lack of care about it and in general. i would recommend that if you lil bit of money spend into something nicer

Bed was not cleaned properly and bed sheets are stinking condition and i checkout from the property very next even though i booked that bed for next day also but can i stay for more than one day that was the condition of that property

There are so many bugs in the beds, no cleaning in washroom

Bed bugs were an issue. The staff were friendly.

RECEPTIONIST ARE VERY GOOD. HOTEL INTERIOR WORKS ARE GOOD. IT GIVE GOOD FEEL WHEN U R STAYING. CLEAN ALSO. IN THE CHRISTMAS TIME ALSO IT IS AFFORDABLE. WHEN I WAS SEARCHED ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THIS DORMITARY, I FOUND LOT OF NEGATIVE COMMENTS. BUT THEY ARE VERY GENUINE.

excellent facility .well clean and safty .next I am visit this site and hold many days.comfortable bed and enjoy charger mobiles .

Location is good but bed cover is bad. Over use of house freshner. Water collection is downstairs.

Don’t take this. Hygiene level is terrible. Washroom was not clean. Weird smell was there in whole stay.

Ac and fan is not working properly and customer behaviour is also not ok. They will tell that why you book better you can come directly. Pay him. So guys if you are ok with citystay before male trip pls book for 1 day you will understand. Try to ignore citystay dormitory. Goa
