The Location of the property is great and is close to important beaches of Goa. The Cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is well-maintained and housekeeping is done every day. The Staff is cooperative, helpful and provides excellent hospitality. Anju, the host, is very helpful and responsive. Manoj and Gopi, the caretakers, are always available and make the stay more comfortable. Overall, the property is worth staying and is perfect for families, couples or friends.
Location
The property is located in a great location, close to important beaches and tourist spots. Guests appreciated the convenience of being near the Saturday market. The ambience of the property is super cool and peaceful, surrounded by greenery. The homely stay is perfect for families with children, who found the staff to be cooperative and helpful.
Cleanliness
Guests were impressed with the cleanliness of the property, with rooms and bathrooms being well-maintained and very clean. Housekeeping is done every day, and the caretaker is always just a phone call away. However, some guests did note that there were cobwebs in the lamps and dirt behind the inverter, and expected more cleanliness with a small child.
Staff
The staff at the property were cooperative, helpful, and kind. Guests appreciated the personal attention and hospitality extended by the owner and the host. The two guys who helped guests were very helpful and kind, and even allowed guests to pay later. Guests found the caretaker and housekeeping staff to be helpful and cooperative, making their stay more comfortable.
