The maintenance is poor. They need to inspect the rooms and rectify the problems. Service quality needs to be improved a lot

Room service very slow

JK is a decent property I made booking for my friends who had come to Mysuru for a long weekend stay. My friends loved the place and the restopub Elephas especially.

They did not provide toothpaste. When asked they denied. Or else rooms were clean and rest was provided

Very average hotel but we got it for very high price during Dussehra. Room was big but amenities were very basic. one star or a two star hotel not more than that. Breakfast was just idlli sambhar,Puri sabji n watermelon. if you get for 2k range then it's worth not more than that.

The stay was comfortable. Service was moderate. There can be improvements in the amenities they provide. F&b was closed as to renovation so that was a major turn down.

Booked room was not good. No lock no ceiling fan. Bathroom was horrible and room service is not all good

Booked this property after checking the rating at makemytrip. We checked into this property on 24th may 2024 and we were given room number 307. The room is spacious but not cleaned at all. Bathroom was slippery. Drinking water bottles were provided only after requesting. Bath towels were not provided during check in. After requesting at the reception only one bath towel was provided for 2 guests. Next day morning we went out for visiting some tourist attractions and requested the reception staff to clean the room. We came back to our room at 8. 30pm and the room was not cleaned at all. It was in the same condition we like we left in the morning. Totally disappointed. Will not recommend this property to anyone.

The hospitality services are not professional and the toilet conditions are bad.Toilet door and main door locks are damaged. Informed to the reception concerning issues. Unfortunately, no any maintenance or repairs happened during the stay. To put in a nutshell, the stay is not worth for the money paid.

Very disappointing, we have to request them to bring basic things likes drinking water, towels etc. We could see the croaks egg inside the coffe kettle. The bathroom are so disgusting that basin and shower don't work properly. And they even refused to give wifi password. And kindly don't check on the tv as it won't work too. Bkf is not worth of money. Please don't fall on the pics shared by mak. Tr. P. The only advantage is that it's near to gr s fantasy park and on the way to k rs dam.

We had been here for a day in mysore as a trip. Rooms are decent and very big and spacious. Prior booking we had gone through reviews and thought it was a good one but the experience was completely different. In the room they had not given toothpaste and brush. Bed size is probably queen or less than that which we booked for 2 adults + kid. Food in the hotel restaurant is average. The morning when we woke up there was no water and for 30 minutes no one was responding we had to go down and inform them. No hot water as well in the early morning. We have paid 3k+taxes for this hotel and it is not worth it at all.

Rooms are big but air conditioner was not working in hot summer br fast is having very limited options but taste was good. Ambiance of br fast hall is poor ordered food was very spicy pillow covers & bed sheets were not fresh

Stay is good and good hospitality, it's outside city nice calm location, food is little bit ok. Worth of money

Third grade and worst hotel to stay. Worst service ever seen in my life. Kindly don't prefer this hotel to stay

It was very delightful experience staying in jk golden embassy and i really felt good while staying there

Rooms were big enough but were managed very poorly. - we booked 5 rooms, rooms were full of cockroaches, - no room cleaning done during stay, - all rooms had foul smell - ac sound was so loud it will keep you awake whole night - bed linen was dirty

Stay is ok but definitely over priced! lot to be improved right from hotel room to food options which are very limited

Good and spacious rooms had good stay at hotel staff’s r polite and friendly…. They keep asking about the stay or if we facing any issue that’s really good about them….
