Hotel Vishala

Pros 1. Food was good 2. Location exactly opp. ST stand. Cons 1. Location just behind railway track. Noisy and uncomfortable. 2. Room qyality very poor. Super small. We booked for 3 people and we were given matress for 3rd person, for which we made space somehow. The manager asked to call makemytrip if we needed better room. And pay extra for bigger room. Room given to us was just 80sqft. In short we were crammed in the room. 3. On 1st and 2nd floor lift doesnt stop. 4. Roof top hotel is useless as they insist to order from room. Although after repetedly asking we were allowd to sit there. 5. Some service staff attitude was not good. 6. Entry passage was wery dirty. 7. Images of exterior, lobby, reception and rooms are misleading. Overall the stay was not nice. Will not recommend and will not visit again.

Nice and clean room and bathroom. Cooperative staff. It is just opposite to ST bus station and major attractions.

The rooms are very small and the service is not good . Food quality is very poor. Very limited breakfast option ( better to eat from outside). Mattress on the bed is not at all good, no handwash in the washroom.

Not qualified staff. Hotel room is not clean. No housekeeping, no intercom, no proper attention given to guests. For asking dinner. They said after 10 pm

I have never seen this type worst hotel for stay. There is a piller in between the room in front of washroom. There is so much issue in electronic device like ac. And there is broken toilet seat and not clean when check in. Pols don't suggest anyone to stay there with family.

Locallity of hotel is good, stay is way cheaper than other hotels in the city but rooms are not tidy enough to stay for long. I you are planning just for a night stay then ok but cann't spend a day there. No all time food availibity in hotel but they can arrange on request. No hot water for shower and for tap hot water also you need to call room service and they will turn on for couple of ours. Overall okay.

Bath rooms are dirty flush was not functioning propely. Lack of cleanness was also observed. They do. Not have a restaurant for the money paid stay was uncomfortable

The hotel is well located and very clean and the staff is very nice

Staying in vishala is not worthy. No mineral water bottle provide which cost 20rs. Commercial. One-thing i can tell travelers please call and check the hotel for checkin time. As mmt or any other apps check in 12pm check out 10am which is charged for 24hra but paying for 22 hours. Better directly contact to and go for proceeding

Convenient location, helpful staff and hygienic rooms. Had a comfortable stay

When you are in the room it's nice, all boys and staff members are helpful, care required in the washroom.

There is early check-in charge and extra person charge which is not mentioned.

Ok for me and my family, over all good experience and worth staying comparing to others

We went there for a family outing and our stay was up to the mark. The room which we got was fantastic and the facilities were very good. The Hotel was value for money and we enjoyed our stay very much.
