In booking there was a breakfast meal included but the hotel management do not gave any meal rather sais that to call on customer service

There was no person available at the reception at the time of check-in

Location and staff is good. Room size is small. Cleaning is also not good but behaviour of staff is very good.

It is very hard to find the hotel. The given location ended up somewhere else. Upon calling multiple times to the hotel staff nobody bothers to pick up the call.

The rooms were pretty clean and the staff was very helpful. Almost all stores were nearby so great locality too

Stay was okay. The hotel room plus the washroom in itself was clean. But the linens were dirty and stained. It looked like they weren't changed.

no ventilation, cockroaches, bad bedding vacated in just 30 min

It was such a worst experience, the mattresses and bed sheets were very dirty, there was no cupboard in the room, no drainage in the washroom

The staff were fantastic! polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.

I had bad experience while check in at hotel just because my colleague and i were trying to check in same room which was booked by me we can't check in we had to book another room

The hotel was relatively clean, but one had to ask for clean sheets and covers. The big issue was with the hotel refusing to accept mm t booking and asking for additional payment. Although, mm t helped me but it took a long time for the hotel to give me a room
