Power cut for 10 minutes at around 10.30pm. Rooms - Not hygienic. Bathrooms need upgradation. Location & parking facility - Average. In house Restaurant- Not Available. But, few hotels within 200 meters. Not upto the expectation limit.

Here is the summary of my feedback. 1. Car parking is free and parked in front of the hotel. 2. Day time staff is friendly and polite. The night guy is very rude. 3. Hot water is only available between 6 AM to 11 AM. 4. Hot water is not hot enough to take a bath. 5. Rooms are okay, but blankets and bedsheets, towels are not fresh, seems very old. 6. No restaurant, but they said on order based they will provide. Didn't try that option. Over all my experience is mixed and stay is average.

I stayed with family on a tw day trip to Mysore.. Location is very close to Church.. But there is issue related to parking & food. They don't serve food. Either one to order thru app or have your meals nearby outlet which are around the hotel. Rooms are clean.. Staff are courteous..

Overall, the stay was average. The reception staff and the helping boys were polite and helpful throughout. However, the AC rooms are not worth the 2.2k charged. I had to shift rooms due to a water clogging issue in the bathroom of the first room. In the new room, the AC was not working properly. That said, it was just a midnight layover stay, so I adjusted with what I got.

Parking can be a challenge as it is located on a busy road. Hotel is clean and tidy so are the rooms. Staff are cordial and cooperative. Special thanks to Mr Ismail in ensuring we are comfortable during our stay. Overall a good place to stay when visiting with family.
