The food was very good I liked it 👍.The hotel sheel is okay and nice with some issues. Issue are not for hotel it's like monkey 🐒 and Cable TV realated. Mostly time cable TV not working due to the many hanging on the Overall nice.

Very good hotel within budget

Our stay was very pleasant. Room was spacious and airy with a common balcony. The food was excellent. Also the staff was very helpful especially the hotel manager helped us and guide us for our next journey, when we were in a hurry.

Don't book any Hotel at mall Road. Cabs ring allowed to go, not we have to pick all luggage up to Hotel approx 2-3 kilometers.

Dear guest sorry for inconvenience. As per govt. Rules vehicles not allowed on the mall road their for you have to walk only max 500mtrs. We are not aware where you pick the cab 2/3 kilometers. Nearest point is A.G.chowk or tara hall pick and drop point.

coupleInitially we had an unpleasant experience in the room that was given to us. But upon request we were given a different room which had a good ventilation and was cleaner. The food served was overall okay but could have been less oily.

Everything were good. Staff was nice and polite. Nice stay. Room heater charge for a night if you are going in winter and remember guys winter is extremely cold in Shimla. You gone need one. Happy staying. Everything is nearby if you like to walking on peace road then you got the best hotel. If you guys are couple then you don't have to worry about any thing. Just enjoy and thanks MakeMyTrip for giving me that deal for 3 nights. Love to search hotels in future wide you.

As per room, room was already cleaned and no need to clean at the time of check inn. If their is so you can ask the management.

Good access from the Mall road. Decent and helpful staff. Food was fine. The room didn't had a view and there was disturbance in the morning by other room guests and monkeys. Facilities can be improved. Can reconsider for another visit.

Overall room was good and gaeger working and in this hotel room service ausom food also good near this hotel around 500 meters shopping marke in hotel cab also available.
