Hotel Satkar

It was my 5th time at satkar. Its location makes it one of my favourites. Staff is also helpful. Food options are limited but enough.

Space to improve food quality

Property is ok 400 meter from market, i saw pictures of garden and playing area but is too short garden. I am not happy to stay in satkar. Food is also not good

Not good ambience and facilities, hygiene. There was no option in breakfast. Service is good but overall not good. Very there is no t. V. In room and no wifi activity.

Location of the hotel is good near to market. But rooms need serious maintenence. Specially bathroom. Hotel ambiance is not good.

The hotel with the location was very good and the best thing was the staff they were helping what we needed exactly but the bad part was that i have a baby which needs milk so for boiling milk they charge rs 25 for each time to boil and the specially the tea was very good and the food is also good with hygiene.

Very terrible room dirty washroom dirty, food not good service very poor. We left one day before that is check out one day early. Bad experience. Do not add these hotel name in make my trip.

Poor rooms not more than 100 square feet, dirty rooms dirty bathrooms, improper staff, no proper service, completely unhygienic.

Had taken a 3 day stay for delux room. Overall, the property is good, but some portion needs maintenance. The initial room which was allocated to me was a large room with large size bed. But the bathroom door was bit stuck, i requested a switch and mr. Utekar and the staff promptly changed it. The bedsheets, towels were clean, bathroom needs some maintenance. The staff is well mannered and very prompt and always ready to help. Other things to note: it's a veg-only hotel. The breakfast options were limited - poha, upma, sheera. No south indian food. The hotel is very close to the st stand and market - so it's a decent choice for room. Overall, i think its a good option

Hotel location, facility, staff is very polite and decent, food is very excellent, and rooms are very large and clean. We had book ac rooms. Ac are perfect working. Overall hotel is best in mahabaleshwar.

Hotel is good but room condition is not as per photos. Very old rooms. Hot water only available in morning 3 hrs only. Booked ac room hotel staff not given ac remote up to night 10. 30.

1st they dont provide ac in delux room instead it was mentioned in the amenities. Food was terribly bad not at all taste. They provide bad condition room who book through make my trip or any other booking app & good rooms to customers who comes directly to their hotel paying cash. Both service staff are good in nature but manager dont behaved nice with us. In short terrible experience, no recommendation to stay

How can you reputed people add this hotel in your group very rude reception staff. Totally unprofessional staff dirty stinking bathrooms never ever think of coming here

Overall it is a good hotel. The hotel staffs are too careless about the guests. You have to ask two to three times for a single requirement. I wish them to be more discipline about the disturbances caused by the other room guests also. They should maintain a rigid timing for the meals. And lastly best wishes for its coming days.
