Hotel Sadanand Regency - Newly Renovated

Hotel didn't allow me to stay....they already allotted the suit to another person....so much inconvenience

Our stay at Hotel Sadanand Regency was excellent! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The ground staff were very welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, with easy access to Shiv Chatrapati Sports stadium. The breakfast / Lunch / dinner spread as well as the restaurant for ala carte was fresh and delicious. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience — would definitely recommend and stay again!

1) Dental & shaving kit not providing. 2) No fruits / juices in Breakfast. 3) You can't get another varieties in Breakfast items even you are ready to pay extra money as no cook is available in morning time.

Overall Good service. can do better on cleanliness of rooms. Breakfast was good. Room rates were reasonable.

Option for Break fast is very less. Toiletaries are charged separately. No hot water. Toilet seat was tilted

Basin was having water leakage, after 1 full day had to shift room with all things, even there a vents were not swinging properly, but too difficult to shift again

Hotel seemed a bit old and needed renovation. Location on the service road makes it hard to cross over to other side of the highway as nearest junction to cross is about kms walk through a smelly and dusty service road. Room lacked provision for dental or shaving kits. Wasn't provided shower gel inspite of asking for it. For the price we paid, breakfast should have been complimentary but felt wasn't worth the amount of around 4k+ spent on this hotel. Also, not much options can be found very nearby for food etc.

Very good room, good service quality. The food and hotel ambience is maintained for very nice environment. Service quality is very good.

Needs to be more hygienic and hospitality needs to be improved. Bathroom needs to more cleaned with more loghts

The hotel just looks new on the lobby front. The hotel rooms and infrastructure is falling apart. The room did not have any facilities whatsoever. No electric kettle for coffee or tea, no soap or dental kit. The breakfast was really bad and cold.

Bathroom is choked flush is not working properly brush and paste not provided even foot wipes not outside the bathroom tea coffee sachets are provided after 3 phone calls breakfast is the worst. I eat crisper idle first-time tea and coffee tasteless

The stay at hotel sadanand regency, pune, was average. The amenities and service were okay but could be improved. The cleanliness and comfort were decent, but i expected better for the price paid.

My recent hotel stay was a delightful experience. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure my comfort. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Hotel room was so dirty medicine strip are near the bed, lots of hairs was on the bed when i reached in rooms requested them to change the bed sheet and blanket. Not recommended to anyone

we had booked three rooms. we had to ask for tea coffe sachets as they were not there. in one room AC did not work . in one room the kettle did not work in one room there was of drainage. both in the toilet pot and in the bathroom. that means no body is doing proper maitainance.

Not a good experience. Will not recommend to anyone. Very high tariff and zero service. Dirty bedsheets no toiletries very old wood work is not even maintained so it looks very horrible.

Too slow with service in all areas, very less breakfast options, less clean rooms and washrooms, reception person not responding to all your queries and will not try to resolve your issues. Net connectivity is too poor inside the hotel. And many more small issues with same hotel.
