No door lock, no cleaning, no one at reception, no hot water, dirty badsheet, dirty bed, smelly rooms, actual hotel is not maintained well. This is serious. No service no drinking water. No soap. No shampoo. Very very terrible experience.

It was worst experience of my life and worst decision I have made in terms of choosing this hotel. asks for money to pay at reception again even if you have paid it because they justified that we didn’t accept payment and will get you the refund and you pay in cash at reception here. Please everyone never ever go to this place.

It was really a worst experience. Property was very dirty, no cleaning, could see hair everywhere on the floor in washroom. No facility available which were mentioned wifi tv handwash ext. Only bed and blanket provided. No cover on pillows.

Asked for more money when reached the hotel

Very rude staff and once you reach the hotel, they said payment is not acceptable at that price and we need 400 more to let you in. Terrible experience and even the property manager doesn’t care.

Stay was comfortable and pleasant, staff are nice. Only transport connectivity is the main issue because hotel is 1.5 km away from Ghitorni metro. Only personal cab can reach.
