The hotel stay facility is average regarding lightening chair, towel. No extra material was provided like slipper, shampoo and other personal cares etc.

Terrible.. terrible experience booking for the first time in my life. The manager denied me room first when i reached the hotel despite the fact that i paid the whole amount in advance for my two days stay there. I had to contact the customer care for help and after their intervention only he allowed me room. There was no heater or hot water in the bathroom despite the fact that it was in the first week of January and was too cold. The room was dirty. So was the case with the bedsheets. Terrible stay.....
