Water tap not in working condition there is no hot water there is no landline connection requested to change the room hotel team is not ready to change they said tap will be replaced, but not done

Nothing is praiseworthy. Receptionist is very irritating. Staffs are not cooperative. Basic amenities are not provided. No reason to recommend anyone to stay here.

Poor hospitality

Reception lady is too much arrogant and rude. I asked for ice at morning 7 am and after several knock it reached me about 13:00. Not just that the hospitality of the staff are not up to mark except kitchen staff section.

Great experience if I have to visit Patna I am gonna stay the same place. It's worth money that is charged. I enjoyed staying here and room service was excellent. Room were excellent as well.
