Hotel O Sunrise

It was worst experience staying there staying in hotel sunrise. Washroom is tidy, under the bed there was dust and stale food. Dustbin was full with rotten food. There was no service of towel and hand-washing soap. No hot water was there.

the stay at hotel was not good as expected. 1. while checking in at 03:00 am hotel manager denied to give the same room which i had booked. instead they were providing lower category room with less facilities than the room booked. 2. after raising complaint and a long discussion , hotel management somehow managed to give me the room after some extra amount was paid to them. 3. hotel staffs were not polite. they kept on discussion and disturbance throughout the stay. 4. washroom cleaning was not good. 5. dirty rooms and bedsheets were provided at hotel. overall a poor experience was there at the hotel sunrise. can't recommend anyone to book a stay at this property after this type of trouble.

Terrible. Flagship hotel owner is fraud. He want always extra amount for room and dist-rub your customer

I have booked room by seeing the photo but they have allocated a small room which are smelly and dirty. Also he asked how much i have paid. Based upon that he allocated room.

Even not let me check in. Denied of any booking. When they denied the check in, saying there is no room. Then how can i say anything about the stay. They told me that you haven't paid to us. You have paid to make my trip, so contact them
