Worst hotel in my life!

This was the worst hotel in which i have stayed in my life. Cleanliness what is that? 1. It had 2-3 kgs. Off cigarettes' buds in the room & the toilet. 2. Bed linens were stinking like hell 3. The owner of the hotel said that he does not gives room keys to the guest, so i have to get out of room for some work, leaving my precious things at risk 4. Toilet seat was broken, so if anyone wants to use it, would get badly hurt (as i got hurt) 5. Even after complaining to the hotel owner several times, he did nothing to change or clean the room 6. I had booked the room for 2 days but got out of this pathetic hotel in only some hours. I sincerely believe mm t should remove & block this hotel from it's platform. Waste of money! terrible experience!

The room is nice with new fridge, bed and washroom. It would be great if the staff cleaned and prepared the room before the guest arrive. The amenities were all new but the room was dusty and not cleaned beforehand. Or-else according to the proce the room is more good enough and the room service provided is also good. The staffs working there are kind.

soloStay was terrible, location was further from ambiance mall. Cleanliness was poor. No breakfast offered but was charged during booking.
Need sheet was dirty, had to request to change the sheets. Toilet did not have proper water supply. Paid for breakfast but nothing was offered.

Worst stay experience

I would like a refund for my booking. Worst experience ever. Dirty washroom and used bed sheets.
I stayed at av homes and it was the worst experience ever, i would request you to initiate a refund. The hygiene was pathetic, i was given used bed sheets and the toilet seat was missing from the washroom.

Service not good

coupleThe room was ok but d bathroom had broken toilet seat. The ac and tv were not working half d time. Even d fan was not working which was horrible in this summer. Don't recommend it
