Worst experience, no house keeping and very rude behavior

The rooms are very bad dusty. They did not provide any brush/paste/waterThey did not change the stained bed cloths. The pictures shown are quite different from what were available.

Staff are cooperative. Had pleasant stay. Hotel is neatly maintained.

Delayed in check in. Dirty room dirty bedsheets and pillow bad staff unprofessional not recommended at all

The hotel is very well located near to the bus stand and market area. If someone is travelling for darshan and most of the time will be spent outside, this hotel is an ideal cost effective option to stay.

This property was the worst of all the rooms I ever stayed, Though the location is ideal, the property is poorly maintained. Air-conditioning stopped working within a few minutes if our check-in and we had to switch room. Then there were bed bugs. Next morning the team forgot to switch off the solar panels resulting in extremely hot water. Then just before tar check-out, there was water leakage from ac. The entire was room and buckets are extremely dirty. I wish there was an option for negative rating.

I stayed with my family. Hotel in main road easy access to hotel and temples. Decent room and decent environment. Suitable for families.

The staffs and the receptionist are very supportive but the hotel room has bed bugs, the receptionist even arranged pest control person but it was of no use. Management should consider taking serious measures to remove the bedbugs and to maintain the same. Breakfast you have limited option but the food was good. You will get only towels and water refilled in old bottles, Oyo might consider giving body wash and personal kits.

Stay in this Oyo rooms is good. Polite staff and responsive. Having all the facilities to make your stay more delight. Bathroom cleanness can be improved. It is located in the heart of the City and ready to commute.

Water bottle was not available. Tubelight was just front to tv so light shown in tv.

Located in a vintage place. I can't comment on food because I didn't have the chance to taste. Service is good.
The teapot could have been clean.

My stay was good but need to clean room and bathroom.
Room was something good but bathroom was not clean, and staff was very greedy, I were check-in early morning take the extra charge provided but room was very dirty and water was not coming in the bathroom. I changed the room, two hours wasted.

It's near to Tirupati railway station.

Room was not cleaned, bed sheets were not changed, it was dirty. Taken a photo for the proof. Floor was not cleaned. Very bad environment. No hot water. Over all bad experience. Since location was good and rooms were big I rated 2 star. But not with for the amount paid.
